The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Porter Platform including but not limited to Customers and Driver Partners. The term "Services" refers to any services offered by Porter whether on the Porter Platform or otherwise. This Policy is to be read along with the applicable Terms of Service and Driver Partner Terms and Conditions.
Porter is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any information collected will only be used in accordance with this Policy.
You declare that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting this Policy under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
